Pregnancy Yoga:

Yoga can help a woman have the best possible pregnancy and birth experience, it also encourages a positive environment for the growing child.

The class consists of specially adapted asanas (postures) for pregnancy, pelvic floor work, birth positions, breathing practices and relaxation.

Classes are suitable for women who have or haven't practiced Yoga before.

To attend you must be at least 15 weeks pregnant.

Classes can also be on a one-to-one private tuition basis in the comfort of your own home.

Students should bring their own mats - however this is not essential, a couple of towels or blanket to rest on is fine. Yoga mats which conform to EU standards are available for purchase at £15.00. Mat-bags are also available at £10.00.

We also have Birthing Balls (complete with pump) available for purchase at £20.00.
